Chi Kung (QiGong) is a traditional Chinese health practice. It is often described as ‘mindful movement’ with static and flowing exercises performed in a relaxed yet focused way. The practices are very helpful for building up mental and physical stamina, for flexibility and balance as well as lifting the spirits and calming the mind.
All fitness levels. Beginners very welcome. Just wear loose comfortable clothing and turn up!
