Taking you back to your breath and stillness through Kaula Tantra Yoga which is an ancient meditative practice with deep, slow stretches and breath work. Combining standing Hatha poses and floor based Yin-like postures. Taking the creative and dynamic aspect (Shakti), through holding the poses gently and relaxing into the postures, you will naturally increase your strength, flexibility and precision. During shavasanas, we will practice ‘not to do’, being ‘here and now’ experiencing the static, formless quality (Shiva).
Giving emphasis to the relaxation and the ‘letting go’ of tensions and blockages by focusing on our breath and listening to our bodies. You will leave the class totally relaxed and refreshed with an open heart.
