Join me every Thursday at 6.45pm for an hour of Pilates. Used to address postural issues such as lower back pain, Pilates is a great way to develop core strength and stability. I deliver straightforward, effective instruction in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
New to Pilates? Come and give it a try as I will layer exercises to suit the needs of the class.
Please bring your own matt or let me know in advance if you would like to borrow one.
£10 for drop ins and the first class is free!
