SwingTrain is a fun and effective dance cardio workout inspired by the joyful, energetic sounds of Charleston, Swing, Gospel, Electro Swing, and Hot Jazz.
Open to all levels of fitness, no experience needed. SwingTrain classes are about making exercise fun, and you can burn up to 500 calories!
Renja will lead you through a series of fun, follow-along moves and engaging choreography guaranteed to get you sweating and smiling.
Mondays at 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm, £8/ hour.
