Tai Chi classes taught in a traditional style by 16th Generation Descendant of the Wudang Clan. This class is suitable for all levels and features a stretch warm up and basic skills for learning the 13-step Wudang Tai Chi form. This short form is an excellent way of getting to grips with the eight main energetic principles of taiji.
