The Old Fire Station hosts a variety of fitness and well-being classes, from relaxing, meditative Chi Kung to explosive, high intensity Spartan conditioning.

Chi Kung with Carol
Chi Kung is a meditative, ancient Chinese exercise practice. Movements are slow, gentle and flowing, performed with a relaxed yet focused mind. It is simple to learn, good for flexibility, energy levels, mental, emotional and physical well-being. Suitable for everyone.
Wudang Qi Gong for Health with Lucia
Through simple movements from Wudang Five Element Qi Gong, students learn how to let the breath move the body in a way that increases energy, mobility and mental stillness. This gentle class is suitable for people of all health levels.
Fighting Fit with Nigel Lloyd
Fighting Fit’ is an hour-long fitness class that’s suitable for all levels of fitness. It incorporates many of the exercises and fitness drills that boxers use to get into great shape. There’s no sparring, so you don’t need to worry about getting hit! We do a great warm-up, then a range of strength and fitness exercises, as well as hitting pads. Each of the exercises has a number of variations so you can go at a pace that’s challenging but suitable for you. It’s a great way to increase your level of fitness and strength, and tone your whole body.
