Vinyasa Flow with Sarah
Develop strength and improve your mobility through a flowing vinyasa style of yoga. In this type of yoga the breath is used to develop a connection between body and mind with the benefit of also encouraging deep relaxation.

Sarah’s community yoga class ensures yoga is for everyone – no matter your age, fitness or mobility level. Come along to experience the benefits moving with awareness can bring to the mind and body.
