Vinyasa Flow with Sarah
Develop strength and improve your mobility through a flowing vinyasa style of yoga. In this type of yoga the breath is used to develop a connection between body and mind with the benefit of also encouraging deep relaxation.

This class features a gentle warm-up, breathing exercises, Wudang basics and exercises from Wudang Five Element Qi Gong. Through simple movements, students learn how to let the breath move the body in a way that increases energy, mobility and mental stillness.
