The Old Fire Station holds different fitness classes and many well-being classes, both weekdays and weekends:

Fitness

Chi Kung (QiGong)  with Carol on Monday evenings 7.30- 8.30pm and Thursdays 10am-11am.
Chi Kung is a mindful exercise practice involving movement and stillness.  Movements are slow, gentle and flowing and are performed in a relaxed yet attentive way. This ancient health practice increases flexibility, energy and stamina, promoting mental and physical balance.

Yoga-inspired full-body flows set to great music.
Every Sunday, 11am–12pm at The Old Fire Station Community Centre.
All levels welcome. First class £8 / £12 regular. Followed by tea, chocolate + chats.
