The Old Fire Station holds different fitness classes and many well-being classes, both weekdays and weekends:


Chi Kung (QiGong)  with Carol on Monday evenings 7.30- 8.30pm and Thursdays 10am-11am.
Chi Kung is a mindful exercise practice involving movement and stillness.  Movements are slow, gentle and flowing and are performed in a relaxed yet attentive way. This ancient health practice increases flexibility, energy and stamina, promoting mental and physical balance.

PILATES with Elisa

Tuesdays I am teaching a Mat Pilates class in a welcoming environment in the Old Fire Station in Stokey. It is a dynamic class and we will train in small groups and focus on controlled and precise movements. Before joining please contact me via email or check out my website:i

Meet Clara,a STOTT Pilates student who will be teaching at the Old Fire Station every Monday from 6.15-7.15 pm starting next Monday 13th of May.

Classes will be free of charge since Clara is practising for her exam coming up at the end of Summer. Come join and help her get her certification!
