We sometimes have a range of Offices and Studios which we rent to charities and not for profit organisations and locally based practitioners.

We currently have a second floor, lockable studio/office space available to rent £210pcm

We’re excited to share an exciting opportunity to rent an office space here in our grassroots community building and become part of our vibrant collection of charities, social enterprises and community practitioners based in our well located, historic building just off Stoke Newington High Street. 

This is a rare opportunity for an individual or organisation to take their next step and make a mark on this characterful blank space (in need of a bit of updating) alongside contributing to our wider OFS mission of being “a sustainable community building, building sustainable communities” alongside neighbours including Growing Communities, Hackney Migrant Centre, Firestation Darkroom, Hackney Childrens Theatre, Skatepal , Jamboulay Carnival Arts and more.
